On Thursday the 3rd of October, our seminar with Jones Day took place in Amsterdam, with special focus on the US elections and new EU administration. The seminar will include Schuyler Schouten a Jones Day partner of Government Regulations Group based in DC. who is specialized in trade regulation and sanctions and was part of the legal staff in the White House under the former Republican administration.
It will also include Yvan Desmedt who is part of the Competition Practice, specialized in EU regulation and litigation and who has been practicing in Brussels for over 25 years.
They will be joined by Umberto Gambini Government Relations specialist, Partner at Forward Global who was recently recognized as one of top 15 influencers in Brussels.
Our speakers will cover the impact of the US elections on trade relationships between the EU and the US and how the new EU administration is preparing for this in light of the recently announced strategic missions of the newly composed European Commission.
The seminar will be hybrid giving an opportunity for people to join online.
