Working remotely is not as easy as it sounds. When companies started working from home four weeks ago, it was clear for employers and employees that there were two priorities: maintaining good health and keeping business afloat.
How do we work in isolation from our colleagues and maintain productivity with family members, children, or roommates that have their own demands and needs? How does this work from a Japanese perspective, and which challenges does it bring? And also, how do you ensure that as soon as the measures of the Government relax, you can offer employees and visitors a safe working environment and how do you determine who is “necessary” at the office? In this virtual workshop, these topics will be discussed by our speakers from Many Truths, McDermott + Bull Europe, and Solved Nederland B.V. Additionally, this session will offer the opportunity to share your own knowledge and experience, as well as ask us questions and discuss with fellow members. After the workshop, the chat box will stay open for virtual networking, where it is possible to talk to the group, or approach other members in private. |
