What does Dujat membership mean for your business?

As we specialize in Japanese recruitment, our ties with Japan are quite strong on various levels such as business environment, culture and community.

Being part of DUJAT offers as the opportunity to connect with Japanese companies and people interested in Japan. Not only we are able to share our expertise, but we are also able to learn more and more with each and every event that DUJAT is offering to the members. Keeping strong ties with the Japanese community is the core of our values and we are grateful for DUJAT and its members for creating such an opportunity.

When thinking of Dujat, which fond memories come to mind?

Being able to hold seminars on different topics and to exchange knowledge with professionals from various fields is a fond memory for us. Seeing members wanting to find out more about doing business in either Japan or the Netherlands while sharing their own experiences with cultural differences are moments when we realize the importance of the community that DUJAT was able to create. We look back at every event we attended and happily reminisce all the people we met and all the times we were able to share our love for Japan and the Netherlands with esteemed members.

Do you have any advice for doing business in Japan or the Netherlands?

Cultural differences indeed affect our daily lives, however without them we would not be able to create such successful stories around the world. Japan and the Netherlands are two countries with great cultures and keeping an open mind will always be the key to doing business. Learning about each other’s cultures while maintaining a respectful and positive attitude will always make a difference.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

We hope that DUJAT will continue thriving in the years to come! Wishing DUJAT to stay as the networking  key between Japan and the Netherlands. To many more successful events and new members!
